Server was a little slow in table maintenance. When we left, our dinner dishes were still piled on the table. Meat was good but a little slow and scarce in coming. We had to beg for the beef rib. Cocktails were spot on. Make a reservation, they were very busy on Saturday night.

Either the franchisee isn't on top of things, the whole franchise went downhill, or we had too high expectations. The waitress was nice, capable but the meat carvers seemed rude; they either dislike their job or the patrons. It wasn't a great experience; would not go back. I guess expectations are everything.
