   We frequent Brazilian Steakhouses and this was one of the worst experiences we have had. It took forever to get them to bring any of the meats out and we were constantly asking. They even threw a whole rack of ribs on one plate and I had to cut them up myself and pass them out to our party of 10. That was a first! I had to go get fresh plates from the salad bar serval times and clear my parties plates myself. It was pretty crazy and I would not recommend spending the money for this place.

   Went to Texas de Brazil on 15Nov2024 with our family. Promptly seated and waited on. Waiter kept our drinks filled and had a great personality and sense of service. Sadly that’s where the good news ends. Chicken was dry and overcooked. Sirloin was cut wrong so it was tough. All lamb and sausage was good. In the process of serving my son the waiter dropped grease on my brand new pair of ostrich boots, unbeknownst to me, staining them. I did not discover this until we were walking around Bridgestreet a few minutes later. I doubt the manager would have done anything to make it right.

   Enjoyed the food and had a good time with friends. Always enjoy Texas de Brazil and look for them every time I travel.

   Great food. Extremely fresh and rich salads bar. The selection of protein is huge and delicious.

   Salad bar is very nice and well socked with options. The “hot food section: potatoes, rice & beans, we empty and not replenished in a timely fashion. The lobster bisque was very tasty, but it was empty when we went through the hot food line. The steaks were well seasoned and fresh. We were very disappointed to have to ask for specific cuts, consistently! They filet and beef ribs were not passed around consistently… our server was very nice, but not very attentive. We had to ask for refills and he never offered clean plates. We are huge fans of Fogo and feel the service is much better…

   Our server Chris was phenomenal. Warm personality and great service. The managerial staff and gauchos were very kind and attentive to our party.

   Our first time here! Trent was our server. He was awesome. The noise wasn't anyone's fault. There was a birthday celebration. The flavors of the salad bar items were yummy. And the items seemed to be refilled/freshly put out when I went up each time. I would have liked more variety in the meats that went around. It seemed to be the same 4 cuts that evening ( filet mignon, sirloin, sausage and flank steak). Toward the end of the time we were there, a leg of lamb came, and I was able to try it. However, I was super stuffed already and probably shouldn't have (but I did get a tiny piece) The lobster bisque wasn't that great. Just a liquid texture. I should have clarified with the server regarding the desserts. He had said, "It's the one item you're able to take home." So, my bf and I each ordered a dessert to go, come to find out, they were $12.99/piece. (Again, it was my fault for assuming). (The carrot cake and Brazillian cheesecake were both delicious). We loved the Brazillian cheese bread! The mashed potatoes that were served were not very warm. But the caramelized bananas were yummy. We enjoyed our food. Not sure what caused this, but im hoping it's just a fluke. I did wake up at 1am to a tummy ache and had a total of 3 digestive episodes. My bf also went to the bathroom more times than usual. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. It was a nicer option to celebrate our anniversary. I do recommend this establishment for special occasions.

   Overall experience was great. A like my meat med. we'll and they kept bringing rare meat around. They did go back and cook some a little more after I ask. They have a large salad bar but it was missing alot of normal salad essentials in my opinion.
