   My server is excellent but the food is not as good as I expected in comparison to downtown KCMO. For instance the spinach garnished the salmon was so so. Salmon itself however was very tasty. I needed to ask the server to finish my meal prior to the desert decaf coffee to bring me bread. Maybe this is not downtown as in there I do not need to ask for bread; butter and bread as a unit comes with the main meal by default in most of nicer restaurants. Unless a resultant offers assorted bread with more than one type of butter and jam. The server gave me bread and I needed to ask for butter again. Not very attentive to me to say the least as yesterday I saw a customer ate at the bar for a main dish and bread with butter presented. Maybe I didn’t dress fancy enough and maybe I don’t look like a regular customer like my neighbor, who happened to sit right next to my table, does. Yea I just moved to Mission Farms three weeks ago. As an Asian American I do pay attention to small things as such. At the end I did order you coffee even though I started with just hot water and lemon pieces. It has been my habit of drinking hot water, in Fall and Winter based on Chinese ancient teaching, at home or out and about after morning coffee time. No wonder Asian are healthier generally speaking than caucasians and African-Americans. I appreciate the fact that this main came with very good amount of spinach. But I rather it came with two types of vegetables. If the cost needs to be higher, so be it as I’m looking for health eating, not just taste and quantity. :)

   My girlfriend and I had a great waitress, Victoria and she was super sweet and attentive! We had the Blueberry Cilantro Margaritas, delicious! We each had the filets and were cooked to our specifications was delicious as well! Highly recommend, great atmosphere and food!

    They always do a great job here. Speed of service was ideal and they left us alone when we needed our space. The general manager even came by to greet us. Even though we had a leisurely lunch with a friend, we were in and out in just over an hour. A perfect lunch!!
