   We arrived for a 5:00 pm reservation at 4:52. There was no host at the podium. After a 5 min wait I approached the Bar Tender who politely told me the Hostess was in a meeting, and they could not attend to us until 5:00 pm, he also noted that I could visit the Hotel Lobby or Gift shop for the wait. After returning at 5:05 there was a small line and still no Hostess. After the Hostess arrived she of course took the party in front of us who did not have a reservation and never approached us until her return. No apologies or excuses were given. All this of course set the tone for the rest of the evening ! Once seated. the table service was quite good and professional however for a $230 + dinner for 2 with only 1 drink a piece, food quality was not. As a very frequent dinner at quality establishments all this was less than acceptable. There are. many other quality options in the area - leave this one off your list. For an otherwise beautiful Hotel - It's restaurant - Supper - is simply unacceptable.

   Got the eggs royale on the recommendation of the waitress and it was amazing. They allowed me to get one pancake as well because I couldn’t decide between the two and it was also great along with a perfectly made latte. Highly recommend

   Mercedes was our server. She was amazing. She took great care of us and was so helpful with all our questions. The only downside was the avocado on my avocado toast was not ripe. It was so hard.

   Our server, Paula, truly made our night! She took exceptional care of us, made a remarkable wine recommendation (Albariño) and took the time to write us a hand note to congratulate us on our 29th anniversary AND thanked us for being veterans. Our food was top notch the venue gorgeous but above all Paula was absolutely one of the best! Bravo to Supper for such great staff and for consistently being our #1 spot for our anniversary dinners. Thank you for a splendid night!

   Our server Billy was great! He was very thoughtful and professional. He congratulated us on our 5 year anniversary and was genuinely surprised to learn that this was the exact restaurant that I had proposed over 5 years ago. Great overall experience from all of your staff!

   Breakfast was delicious but a friend’s chocolate-espresso martini was too bitter. She sent it back and they didn’t charge her for it so all was good.

    Cory was very attentive and courteous, the food however was underwhelming and that is a shame given the price and location. The Wagyu nigiri was served cold and was chewy and the sushi rice was undercooked and not sticky as it should be. The quail was yummy but the mashed potatoes tasted artificial. All in all, probably won’t go for dinner, maybe just drinks.
