   We reserved a table for 6 a month in advance after hearing how special this restaurant was reviewed by friends. This was a duo birthday celebration for my son and husband. We arrived and our table was in front of the oven which helped to counter the cold From the front door. It seemed like an add on table. The waitress was pleasant. She took a while to Get our drink orders and before they came told us the chef wants our entrees and main courses At the same time which was fine. It took her a while to bring us our drinks . We ordered a bottle of wine which was also offered by the glass. My son’s martini came without olives. We waited patiently for our appetizers which came eventually - my daughter’s appetizer Had cilantro on the plate which was not on the menu - the waitress said it’s on the plate not in the plate ? We sent it back - we were credited - The mains took forever and came to our table cold. The salmon was barely cooked and cold. The porter house steak for 2 was cold - my son in laws oso buco was perfect. So we concluded our food was waiting on the counter. We told our waitress and she sent the manager over to the table. He said they were having a tough night and took my salmon to be reheated . They gave me a different piece. In exchange for a cold meal we received a bombardment of desserts . We are disappointed however we will have lots to laugh about this birthday party ! I am attending a wedding in October 2025 here so I hoped they get it together by then.

   One of our go to brunch spots in the area. Highly recommend coming in for brunch as there is an amazing variety to choose from, the service is outstanding and the ambience is peaceful and warm. The Benedicts are our go to along with the mini lobster rolls.

   The food was superb and the atmosphere for a holiday dinner was nothing short of perfect! The duet they had performing played the best songs to make the dinner and birthday experience for me and my girlfriend perfect!

   Service spotty. No butter delivered with bread basket; took two requests to get it. Also required two requests for a beverage refill. Clearing bread plate before main course, my knife, covered with crab dip, was just dropped on the table; would have expected it to be replaced with a fresh knife, as I had to clean it off on edge of main course plate. Confusion with the gift certificate at presentation of check. Food: Meh. "Crispy" Calamari was flabby, Crab dip and Crab Benedict had very weak crab flavor. Salmon overcooked. Fried chicken sandwich, like the calamari, was poorly fried: chicken cooked but breading flabby. Breakfast potatoes bland, needed seasoning. For a place with a lot of empty tables for brunch, the full tables seemed too close. Felt like we were on top of the table next to us. We had heard good things from friends about the place. Maybe our expectations were too high. Generally disappointed.

   Took nearly twenty minutes to have our order taken, ordered a $100 steak for two that came out nearly an hour after we ordered, served with sides that were ice cold and had to be re-prepared We were seated by the kitchen where the cooks were frantically screaming at each other, likely trying to prepare food for the banquet venue because the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Complained to our server and the manager came over and offered us dessert as a comp….which was served by the runner with no utensils with which to eat it. Waited until the server came back to get a spoon to eat the ice cream… Which by then was melted Server blamed the meal runner, usually she serves the desserts and she ALWAYS brings utensils, she said it was served that way because the manager put the comp dessert order in Not her fault…… Let’s just say we aren’t rushing back to eat there

   Lovely experience for a birthday celebration- intimate dinner party for 6 w Jazz/ bass duo- meal and atmosphere perfect- looking forward to retuning when able enjoy the outdoor patio.. had great walk w fires burning outside- special place. food wonderful - something for everyone !

    Service and food was better than average. The noise level in main dining room was higher than most restaurants, mostly because the room is completely open (seats perhaps 60+ people) and there are no soft surfaces to help deaden the sound. One person in our party of five was celebrating a birthday and our menus were presented with “Happy Birthday M****** printed at the top. A very nice touch!
