Had a nice table outside on the patio overlooking the pool and Coachella Valley. Genny was a great server and was helpful in explaining the menu and answering our questions. It was a nice setting for our Christmas Eve lunch👍

The waiter was very enthusiastic and the food was amazing per usual. We were disappointed that our table was not ready when we arrived when I think I made the reservation weeks ago. I did have a dog, but they didn’t seem to mind. There were plenty of tables outside and we ended up in the corner. A couple after us got a better table right in front of ours.

This is a lovely locale with a gorgeous view. It is good for indoor or outdoor dining depending on the weather. The service is always friendly and gracious. Our server, Crystal was delightful and we had a lovely lunch

Armando was an Excellent server. Staff from valet, to hostess to our wonderful server was by far the best we've had anywhere in the desert and the food was exceptional!

The room is beautiful but the food and service did not come close to matching the price. Our server had no interest in making our visit pleasant. The room was so cold that most people kept coats on. The menue is very limited and uninteresting. We live 5 minutes from the Ritz and this will be our last visit.

Our first time made quite a spectacular impression. The food at lunch was all superb. Chrystal was pleasant and efficient. When the food came for the 6 of us, all food was placed at the same time by 6 waiters! Very impressive and still hot. Ambiance was wonderful as well as spectacular with views over the pool and Coachella valley in the distance. Comfortable padded seats were appreciated by those of us that are thin. Christmas decor was top notch but not overdone everywhere. Very elegant overall.

The Sunday Brunch ends at 11:15, info not posted anywhere? You must get to the brunch early to get a good selection we were told? We caught it and the selection was half gone. The lack of choices on the lunch menu was not exactly great. The gals checking us in were not helpful. Our party of 3 worked it out, but not a relaxing Sunday brunch as we hoped for..

Great food! The server Christian was exceptional and so accommodating! Girls wanting advice on area happenings beyond food recommendation…ALL his recommendations for menu options were perfection. Then he gave us a list of fun places to go and enjoy in Palm Springs. All suggestions were spot on!
