High quality really delicious food. Simple yet tasty. Beautiful interior, in central location. Prices are very good.

I can’t say enough good things about Italian by night, food, service ,ambiance is exceptional. We were fortunate enough to have reservations for last night being Valentine’s Day, which I booked in advance two or three months ago. As always , we had a great experience. Our server Michael was a great help making last night an exceptional experience. If you only go out once this year to a restaurant you should make Italian night your choice, you won’t be disappointed.

The best part about Montanas in Fredericton is that it is consistant excellent food and consistant excellent service. You get delicious hot food, all cooked to perfection in a timely manner, excellent and attentive service every single time and your bill in a timely manner. No special night is ever dampened by coming here which is why we have come here a lot since it first opened. They are knowledgeable about gluten free and have gluten free buns for burgers. Their tortilla chips for the spinach dip are also gluten free. Steaks are great for gluten free. They know which bbq sauces are safe. The booths are lovely and private and the paper tablecloths and crayons, well adults enjoy this too and can be silly along with their kids. If there ever is a tiny issue, management is very reponsive, kind and caring and will deal with it in a lovely manner. Very grateful for the consistantly great staple in our community!
