Murrah Restaurants

This is the second visit in a week. What fantastic experience, food was beyond perfect both times. My steak was so tender and tasty and cut like butter, extraordinary these days!!! The chips not the usual commercially produced it were crispy and delicious. The service was exemplary! From check in, to ordering, to wait staff. Well done! VERY impressive. Bloody fabulous.... The food at Bar Monti is just delicious. The pasta was so fresh it just melts in your mouth. We had one of the pasta specials and the lamb ragu as well. Both were so good we just couldn't stop eating. We also had the chocolate mousse for dessert which was rich, velvety and just yum.

At first glance this fantastic restaurant appears to be just burgers and cocktails. But, Oh how wrong you would be! The burgers are delicious and just slightly to the left of “normal “. The meat patty is full meat and generous. The sauce and mustard moon the cheese burger is unique and tasty.

We started with the fried calamari, so light, tender and delicious, served with a slice of fried lemon & aioli. Then we shared the fried gnocchi with beef ragu , lovely pillows of gnocchi with a sensational tasty and tender ragu. We also shared the equally delicious prawn taggilatale ,yum to all three dishes. We were nearly tempted to have dessert, but were very full. Lovely service from wait staff, all up a fabulous night out, highly recommend. I'm tempted to say, it's better than a lot of restaurants we've eaten at in Italy.
