   Beautiful historic property. Quiet and private dining offers a lovely dining experience. Excellent service, savory drinks, delicious and novel menu. Highly recommend.

   I feel as though I’be been lucky to dine at many a fine establishment, but nothing quite hits home like Spring House does. The service is top notch, not to mention the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. It has a darling interior with great design. The chef is fabulous - everything on the menu is absolutely to die for. I’ve never left Spring House in a poor mood. Thank y’all!

   Very disappointing experience. Not my first time there. I brought a guest for her first time and she was also disappointed. The service was excellent, unfortunately the food leaves a lot to be desired. My guest ordered paella. It is a lack of respect to call that a paella. Very bad!! Not a paella at all. My lump crab stuffed salmon was covered with a crust of something that tasted like a block of salt. Almost not edible. Killed the flavor of what should be a delicate piece of fish. Can’t find the lump crab in it , at all. The noise level is like a sport bar. Many better choices in town. Overrated!!!!

   This was my first experience at Spring House and was AMAZING! My Son had turned 30 and works nearby and I live in Mooresville. He insisted this is was the place to go. He was ABSOLUTELY right. From the moment we arrived we were made welcomed, enjoyed delicious cocktails in the lounge, service was impeccable. When we were seated at our table our wait staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Never did we have to ask for anything They were on it. The food from appetizers, entrees and desserts were exquisite. Again,the service here is second to none. Friendly, welcoming and smiling faces. Also… if you are into history, as I am myself, ask them about the “Spring House” and they will give you the story, background and tour. We will definitely be back!    Consistent good food, very cool atmosphere and an Extra amazing server since he’s also a sommelier- who suggested fantastic wine that was not on my radar. We’ll definitely be back!

   The food was excellent. I wish I could recall our waitress' name, as she was excellent. Certainly on the pricier end, however the food ambiance and wait staff make it well worth it. We actually expected our bill to be higher simply based on the level of quality. Their filet mignon was exellent, could have been cut with a fork. The Duck was cooked perfectly, and had an excellent flavor. We will absolutely be returning.

   This was our second time dining at SH. We were a group of 5. We were seated in the nook just outside the kitchen. It was a big, spacious table so that made sense. I didn’t love the area though due to all of the traffic coming in and out of the kitchen. My seat was facing the kitchen door and while it works for a bigger group space wise, I did find all the movement and chatter disconcerting. The wine list is fairly priced. All of the meals, minus the 2 salmon dishes, were very good. The salmon was ordered medium rare and both were overcooked. Dessert was also delish. Hope to dine again, setting is lovely, service is good to very good, as is the food. And it’s actually a restaurant where you can have a conversation with your dining companions and hear them!

   Such a pretty restaurant with an interesting menu. Each person we encountered was friendly and professional. I had the pork shank and it came right off the bone tender and so flavorful. My husband had the duck that had three styles of preparation and he liked it very much. We will be back.

    The space is gorgeous. The upstairs was library-esque, very quiet, but that was fine. APPS: Oysters with pimento cheese was a complete miss. Please do not order them. It was just a blob of cheese on what was once a mollusk. Bao buns were good! MAINS: Short rib & ricotta pasta: short rib was dry, pasta was overcooked, ricotta non-existent accompanied by zucchini and squash. Jumbo lump crab stuffed salmon: fish was dry, penne felt store bought, maque choux just seemed like an odd choice. Felt disjointed on the plate. DRINKS: NZ Sauvignon Blanc was delightful. DESSERT: N/A Place looks great, but I wouldn't return for food.
