   We were told as soon as we got there they didn’t have the enough staff… we waited awhile for everything, never received our app until after dinner and asked to please not even have it at that point. Slow service and the waitress seemed annoyed that we were eating there. The food was sub par.

   Dinner after the show at the Ohio Theater. Convenient walk, excellent service, delicious food (lasagna). Made our reservation in the train. Not quite like the old place, but you get the flavor. Will be back!

   We arrived a little early so we went and had a drink at the bar. They have happy hour from 3pm to 7pm but only at the bar. That was good to know. We were seated by the window so we had a nice view. The food is very good. The service is slow because they don't have enough staff, so we ordered our meal right away. The staff is always very pleasant. I wish there was something that could be done about how loud it is inside, but not sure if anything could be done. It is very hard to have a conversation with your group because of how loud it is. I will be back, I always have a great time.

   Location is fantastic for dinner before a show at the Ohio Theater, and the free parking is a bonus. Our server was wonderful. The food was fine but nothing stood out as remarkable and none of us could stomach the margarita I ordered. Prices were more reflective of the location than the food, although I will say quantities were generous. We had an enjoyable dinner but I will try someplace new next time we see a show.

   Our server, Michelle, was very good and the food was tasty, especially the lasagna. We enjoyed the cocktails, including the Warehouse Mule. The Tiramisu was great! Although it was very noisy that particular evening.

   Not a good experience. It was extremely loud and they allowed a massive party in the main dining room that was way too loud. We literally had to shout over each other at the table to be heard. I’m not sure if you are short Servers but the service was not the best. Took awhile to get drinks and the food came out cold. Disappointed all around.

    The new Spaghetti Warehouse location is such a dramatic change from West Broad. The noise level is overwhelming due to the openness of the main dining area. But, the food was as good as ever, and our waitress was really attentive. The only other negative (which was not the restaurants fault) was knowing there was a designated garage that will validate your parking ticket. Call the restaurant for details. Can't wait to go back!!
