Taking influence from abundant country fields in Europe, SIX combines the freshest ingredients with a passion for bringing out inherent flavours in a contemporary approach to cuisine. SIX will offer a variety of dining experiences. From our intimate and ambient Dining Room, with luxurious design and every romantic detail taken care of, to the more relaxed and informal Brasserie style dining area. SIX is also Brighton"s first cold-pressed cocktail bar, offering a diverse menu of beautifully constructed drinks, along with a selection of the finest organic wines. We will also be serving our own brewed craft beers, made and imported from a small village outside of Ghent in Belgium. We are committed to solely using locally sourced, organic seasonal ingredients to create our perfectly balanced menus for both our Brasserie and Dining Room. All ingredients are meticulously sourced and supplied directly by local producers to ensure they are of freshest and highest quality available.

I did feel sorry for everyone from diners to staff..not enough feet on the ground, over booked and please sort the main door out as it was freezing and it didn’t close properly Really need to put a porch or something to stop the blow through The food was good but due to delays and the cold we didn’t stay Discount was given which was appreciated Would return but only in the summer and sit outside

Booked via OpenTable for a brunch meeting with 5 of my team. Turned up and it was shut for the day, with just a note on the door! Emailed to say what had happened. Never heard back! Terrible customer service.

Overall a great experience, staff were very welcoming & dog friendly. Food was lovely, wasn’t very hot when received & slightly expensive for portion sizes but still would recommend!

Six, a lovely restaurant on Western Road Hove, had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Tim (the owner/manager) was very attentive and helped us make an excellent choice of wine - giving us some very useful information about it’s production. It was delicious. We both had the beef brisket, which was tender and very tasty and nicely presented. My only minor complaint is that the food arrived too quickly and while I was still drinking my aperitif. As we didn’t have a starter I thought I would get longer before my wine and food arrived. However, this was not a big problem and we will want to revisit the restaurant in future.

We were the only table in there and we had an excellent time! The 4 staff working were absolutely brilliant and made our night amazing. We turned off the Christmas tunes and had our own playlist. We just had a really lovely time. My seared Tuna was fantastic.

Great lunchtime friendly service. Asked for heaters because it was a cold day. Asked for meals that were on the evening menu because we had looked up what we wanted on line before booking and the staff went out of their way to oblige us. Thanks guys
