   Enjoyed dinner at Si Bon with friends. Not too busy for a Thursday evening, and got a nice table outside under the cover. Nice evening, but drinks were slow coming, and dinner took much to long to arrive. This has not been an issue on previous visits. Dinners were all excellent once they arrived. Maybe some problems in the kitchen? Not normal and will not affect us returning.

   My wife and I who are regular customers of Si Bon came in for dinner and both began with their made from scratch “Soup of the Day “ Hot Carrot Soup and iced teas. For entrees we had the Orange Roughy which was a special and it was excellent.

   Our ladies group come often for lunch and are always very happy with everything. Good is good & service is always top notch!

   We both had the special of the day, which was a small portion of boneless short rib served over a bed of mashed potatoes with gravy and a choice of side salad or French fries. The starter was soup—either cold cucumber soup or hot carrot soup, and desert was a small serving of bread pudding. Perhaps it was a bit much to eat for lunch, but the portions were just right and we couldn’t resist. Every item was delicious. We go often to Si Bon.

   They always do a great job. Nice and knowledgeable staff, consistent quality, and a good value.  love that the owner Chef comes out and checks on the tables.

   Three of us had an early Christmas dinner celebration and Si Bon was a perfect place for it. We sat in their patio with a heater nearby and their lovely tree next to us. The food was superb, especially my mussels, and I love their excellent selection of wines by the glass.

   My wife and I who are regular customers of Si Bon came in for dinner and both began with their “Soup of the Day “ Hot Carrot Soup made from fresh ingredients. All of their daily soups are great. We also both had iced tea. My wife had a dinner special, Grilled Orange Roughy that our server, Sofia, had told us was substituted for Branzino which actually was shown on the menu. I enjoyed the Oregon Sand Dabs. Both meals were delicious and prepared with excellence.

    We were a party of eight and seated on the patio, which was lovely. Two of us chose the Wienerschnitzel, which was disappointingly thin...I mean the thinnest Wienerschnitzel I have ever eaten! Our friends who ordered Shrimp Pasta found it bland, while the four who had Fried Chicken thoroughly enjoyed their meal. We have dined at Si Bon many times and the service is always 5, but something was just "off" with the food this evening.
