    What a delightful discovery in Rancho Mirage. My daughter and I chose this restaurant because we had a memorable trip to France together several years ago. My Sandabs were delicious done and a lemon caper butter sauce. The little carrot soufflé was also a tasty surprise. We were very pleased with our experience, and happy that we could enjoy a French Sancerre with our meal.

    We enjoyed another lovely evening at SiBon! We sat outside on the heated patio. Kelly was our server, she is fantastic! The food was delicious, as usual. The entire staff is friendly and efficient in refilling water glasses, clearing plates, etc. We finished the night with a dark chocolate truffle from their new collaboration with Pastry Swan! I have a Passion4Pinot and chocolate...Perfection! CHEERS, Lynn Fraschetti

    The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I had quiche Lorraine, which was fluffy and cheesy and totally enjoyable. The side salad with dressing was equally savory. my friend had the papaya stuffed with chicken salad. She said it was excellent. The presentation was beautiful and the amount of food was very generous. Our server, DIANA, was very pleasant and efficient and kept drinks refilled without our needing to ask. It’s easy to see why this is an extremely popular restaurant. I cannot wait to return.
