   The waitress nor anyone did not address us or come to our table for at least 10-15 minutes after being seated. Another waiter, who was not ours, looked at us and barely addressed after walking by numerous time. After I made eye contact he addressed us and asked if we needed drinks. This is being done after he quickly walked by us many times. I believe he finally got waitresses attention and she finally came over and reconfirmed our drink order. The sweet potatoe mash the steak came on was runny and not good. The waitress was inattentive at best. The Valentine’s Day price of $125 was not worth it.

   It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst room temperature was cold food was just ok nice location probably wouldn’t go back though got to get some better chefs

   Our family had an EXCEPTIONAL experience at Shula’s!!! Every plate of food that we ordered was cooked to absolute perfection. Our mind was blown after each bite of the calamari, shrimp cocktail, lobster and especially their steaks that feel like you’re cutting through butter and tastes like heaven. This place could make a grown man cry! What made our experience the greatest was our waiter, Mesias. Mesias was hands down the greatest! Extremely impressed with his caring of us all evening. He was the nicest, most intuitive and delightful waiter ever. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Shula’s and Mesias!

   Overall experience was good. Server was attentive and well engaged. The steaks were fine. Nothing exciting, maybe a little overpriced for the flavor. Sides were plentiful and delicious. This was over the Cubs Convention weekend so the noise level was likely elevated due to the number of people in the lobby.

   Server, Maria, was amazing. For a steak restaurant and really expensive prices, it was a real disappointment that they couldn’t cook the steak right not once but twice.

    After sharing a meal at many Shulas this experience did not meet expectation Whether it was new year blues, Wawu steak was burned, crab cakes main platter was cold- not fully cooked but since restaurant so full and the poor server being overwhelmed we just left Would not recommend on a busy times
