   I visited this Japanese restaurant in Orlando after hearing it had won the award for “Best Japanese Restaurant in the City.” Indeed, the atmosphere is one of its strongest points. The space is well-decorated, cozy, and provides a pleasant dining experience. However, when it comes to the food, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The dishes are good but not exceptional. Given the recognition and the high prices, I was expecting a more remarkable culinary experience. In the end, it feels like the award was given more for the ambiance and location than for the quality of the food itself. If you’re looking for a beautiful and sophisticated place for dinner, this could be a good option. But if you’re searching for the best Japanese food in town, there might be more authentic choices with better value for money.

   We've been there several times always a great experience to us. This is the best sushi restaurant in Orlando. If not, one of the best restaurants overall in orlando

   Our server Jacob was very personable and provided very good service. The food was excellent. The yellowtail crudo and lobster dumplings were delicious. The sushi itself was fantastic. My wife’s favorite was the Haikkaido roll, mine was the jalapeño business alongside the Spicy Tuna roll. I loved the bluefin tuna tasting. We ordered a Kyoto Maki, unfortunately they were out of shrimp (surprising tbh) so we couldn’t get it. I ordered an Always Sunny roll instead which was a bit of dud. That was the only sore spot on otherwise a fantastic meal. We ended the night with the banana split, which was delicious. The food is pricey, but you get what you pay for for the most part. I would say it’s worth it. This was my first time but will come again.

   We are from Seattle and we went to Seito because it had such a high rating. But we were very disappointed having to wait for the food for 50min. Also after being told that their Japanese uni came yesterday but it tasted terrible. My husband’s yakisoba was like warm salty. I would have never tried this place without open table. Open table rating is overrated.
