   When making reservations on open table , we viewed the menu and decided that the pricing was good for what we wanted. We ordered our food and drinks, our waiter barely came to the table after the food was served. We then asked for our bill and it was supposed to be about $60.00 dollars plus tip. Instead it was $78.00 without a tip. I ask to talk to a manager, I showed him the prices on the Open Table menu showing the prices on Open Table and he said that he would not honor those prices and that Open Table should update their pricing and that’s not the restaurant’s problem. The waiter would have gotten about an $18.00 tip, however not honoring the price, he got nothing.By the way the waiter was the manager. When we walked out the front door, the waiter/manager came out the front door and yelled at us as we were walking to our car. Very unprofessional and now I will never go back to that restaurant, and most likely will not use Open Table anymore.

   Dear Lewis, Thank you for bringing it to my attention that the menu shown on open tables was an old menu from 2022. I have since reached out to OpenTable to fix that. The physical menu you ordered from, as well as our website does show current and accurate pricing. Thanks for your feedback

   Waiter would not make eye contact with us acted bothered to be serving us. Asked for recommendations and got minimal feedback. We initially ordered apps and then in the middle of putting our dinner order in they were serving the appetizer interrupting our ordering processm We had a party of 6 and ordered the 6 piece lobster ravioli but they brought the 4 piece dish. Was told to dip the bread in it but when it came we had no more bread. We asked for more bread and they never brought it. They never cleared out bread plates even after serving desert. Never refilled waters. Staff in general had an entitled attitude. Even going to the bathroom we felt that we had to move out of the staffs way. We will definitely not be coming back any time soon.

   First time here, the staff was very attentive, friendly, responsive, and the food was great. Definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys Italian food, didn’t make reservations until about 30 minutes prior and that is on a Saturday evening. Would definitely come back again. I had the sole special with mashed potatoes, shared a Caesar salad, garlic bread and calamari as starters, they were all delicious.

   We had an amazing experience. From review pictures, I knew I was ordering the lasagna before I even arrived (haha) and it was AMAZING! The appetizers were definitely enough for 4 to share, and the service was VERY attentive, friendly, and well spoken. Thank you for a great dinner date!

    The lobster raviolis are a must. The portions are quite generous. Hubby had the seafood pasta mix...he loved it and nothing came home in a to go box. I had the veal saltimboca. YUMMY! We shared the salad with bay shrimp. It was perfect. Save room for dessert! Our waiter was Gabriel and he was the perfect combination of attentive and hospitable. We have dined a number of times at Scusa's with this being our best and most enjoyable experience. Thank you management for addressing my previous review concerns regarding service.
