A piece of Bay Area history that holds its standards of food quality and service. If you’re fortunate enough to eat at Scoma’s on a clear afternoon there is nothing finer. Great hog island oysters today, another locally sourced product with a deep and rich history.

My friend and I met for a lunch catchup. We had a wonderful experience at Scoma. The food was excellent and the service was attentive, professional yet friendly. Loved that the server offered us a coffee to refill our finished cappuccinos as we were staying a while longer. Really enjoyed the afternoon.

Service is great!!! My family and I had great time having dinner here. I have been looking for a place to get tasty Clam Chowder since Alliotos in SF closed and thought Scoma’s would be the place, but I was sadly disappointed with their Chowder!! Other than that, everyone was fantastic!!

We had a great time with good food. Our table was in the back with a view of the water. We have been going to Scoma’s Sausalito for years and never had a bad experience.

Choose wisely with whom you decide to dine at Scoma as you will inevitably fall in love with them. The ambience and the whole experience of a day in Sausalito will win over the least romantic of us. Whether sitting outside to catch the breeze of the bay, in one of the window seats looking towards San Fran or the cozy bar which seems dreamt up by general casting, you won't be able to forget this experience anytime soon. And that's all before tasting the sumptuous seafood. Scallops, lobsters and crabs so fresh you sense they must have been swimming around in the adjacent waters only hours before. The bisques, soups and broths are perfect for those foggy and chilly days, while the light fish and salad dishes are perfect with a crisp white wine and tons of sunshine streaming in. It's worth it's own visit even if you're visiting SF or Oakland proper. You'll thank youself!
