   Venue is lovely and clean. Wait staff was friendly and helpful. Timing was excellent and food was delicious. We had an early dinner so noise level was good. By the time we left, it was getting noisy.

   We visited Saranello’s with a plan of having our rehearsal dinner at their restaurant and getting a feel for the place. Not only was Mary (the Events manager) a delight, she answered all of our questions and gave us pointers for the event. Our dinner afterwards at the restaurant was DELICIOUS, and our server Joann was a firecracker in the best way. Not only does the restaurant have great food and a welcoming atmosphere, you really get the sense that the team likes one another and have a nice time while still making the customers feel like VIPs. 10/10 would recommend for dinner and or your private event needs, these guys are pros. :)

   Awful experience. Kitchen off its game. Food was served lukewarm. Waited an hour for our entrees. This was the nosiest restaurant. An incredible amount of noise from the large groups with children. A lot of shouting and screaming. The tables around us that were vacated were not cleared. Dirty dishes left on the tables. I would not recommend this restaurant. For a Lettuce Entertain You venue, a very disappointing experience.

   Big, attractive space with great atmosphere. Good food, but not a big selection of menu items to choose from. However, that probably allows them to prepare consistently good food to a very large room of diners in a reasonable amount of time. Received great service during a busy time from Carla.

   The food was delicious and the ambiance was great! Parking is extremely challenging. We were about to go after spending 10 minutes looking for a parking spot. I called and they helped me and tried to guide me to park somewhere and allowed me to part in their carryout spot. We didn't know it was annexed to a hotel which makes it extremely challenging to park. We had a nice time, not loud, and service was great! Thank you!

   This is a classy-looking restaurant. Great marble bathrooms (weird comment, but true). Good food. Honestly, the only thing I don't appreciate about this restaurant is they charge an unwarranted "service fee" on the bill. They will remove the fee if you catch it; but it feels a little uncomfortable to request this from the server.

    My family and I used to love Saranellos Sunday buffet but after going today I don’t think we’ll be back. The new layout for the buffet didn’t work, it was chaos in line. The tables were too close together and you couldn’t walk between them to get to the buffet. The food wasn’t being refreshed regularly. The mac and cheese sat empty for over 40 minutes. The service was awful, waiter disappeared for extended periods of time. When it came time to pay the bill, we gave him 2 gift cards which he didn’t apply and appeared to pocket. When I questioned it he brought back a new bill adding one extra person to the bill and showing the cards being used. I felt like I was being cheated. He eventually fixed it. I raised my concerns to the manager and he did nothing about the situation. This was a terrible way to celebrate my mom’s birthday.
