SABOR Restaurant provides a rustic yet elegant atmosphere and a menu rich in European tradition—Portuguese, Spanish, French & Italian—in the heart of Downtown and the ICE District.

OceanWise certified, we offer Edmonton’s best, most-sustainable seafood menu as well as a meat & vegetarian options.

Professional staff, an award-winning wine list, hand-crafted cocktails, and SABOR’s menu & atmosphere make it the perfect spot. So come down in your evening wear before the opera, a suit before the big meeting, or in jeans before a game at the arena.

In-house made cakes can be made with 48 hours advance notice, and can only be made by calling 780-757-1114. We do not allow outside cakes to be brought into the restaurant.

BODEGA Tapas Bar is a casual setting seated on a walk-in basis only. A great stop before or after a movie or show at one of the nearby theaters, BODEGA serves authentic tapas, our signature Sangria, and superb wine & cocktails.

The second seating will feature a 4 course custom menu designed by Chef Lino priced at $125 per person, with the seating beginning at 7:00 pm and runs through to 9:30 pm.     The must “go to” restaurant in Edmonton. Lino and his team never fail to impress. The food is consistently excellent, the wine list is superb and the service is second to none.

    Found a strand of very fine blond hair in the lamb empanadillas. The item was waived from the bill but the afterthought of the food quality control was not pleasant. The seafood paella was overwhelmingly salty. We were warned before ordering but still found the calamari in it tasted like a sip of brine. The Piri piri shrimp and the lobster risotto were very tasty with loads of flavour.

    Anytime we come to Sabor we have an amazing time. Service is always top notch. Servers know the menu well and have excellent recommendations. We love going to Sabor to celebrate any special occasions or just for date night.

    Everything we read in previous reviews were correct. Very nice restaurant, very good food, Rebecca our server was very knowledgeable and really pleasant to deal with. Price was no more than similar restaurants in Edmonton. Place was packed at 5:45 pm and remained that way until we left.

    The service was top-notch. The waiter, Cory, was very attentive and made excellent recommendations. The service was really great, too. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the appetizers. The “family seafood” option was so yummy and we ate the whole thing. Sabor NEVER disappoints.
