SABOR Restaurant provides a rustic yet elegant atmosphere and a menu rich in European tradition—Portuguese, Spanish, French & Italian—in the heart of Downtown and the ICE District.

OceanWise certified, we offer Edmonton’s best, most-sustainable seafood menu as well as a meat & vegetarian options.

Professional staff, an award-winning wine list, hand-crafted cocktails, and SABOR’s menu & atmosphere make it the perfect spot. So come down in your evening wear before the opera, a suit before the big meeting, or in jeans before a game at the arena.

In-house made cakes can be made with 48 hours advance notice, and can only be made by calling 780-757-1114. We do not allow outside cakes to be brought into the restaurant.

BODEGA Tapas Bar is a casual setting seated on a walk-in basis only. A great stop before or after a movie or show at one of the nearby theaters, BODEGA serves authentic tapas, our signature Sangria, and superb wine & cocktails.

    The first seating will be a custom 3 course menu designed by Chef Lino priced at $85 per person. Seating times will be starting at 4:00 through to 5:30 with a 90 minute dinning time per table. GST and gratuity will be added to the bill. The second seating will feature a 4 course custom menu designed by Chef Lino priced at $125 per person, with the seating beginning at 7:00 pm and runs through to 9:30 pm. GST and gratuity will be added to the bill.

    Excellent service. The gentlemen that greeted us when we were a little early for our reservation , made no issue, and took us to our table. We seated next to the Christmas tree. It was a beautifully ambient table. Very authentic European dining atmosphere and flow. Marlon, forgive my recollection of the name, was an incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and personable waiter. Points of note were service, bacon wrapped figs, croquettes, bread service, and the grilled sardines paired with the Albariño… that really took me coastal.  Look forward to coming back.

    One of my favorite restaurants across Canada. The level of customer service and professionalism is off the charts. Great team of people. I would like to specifically call out Bailey and Cory for going above and beyond. It was a wonderful evening and we were treated extremely well. Keep up the great work. Sabor is great.     We came for my mother’s birthday and the experience was fantastic. Our server, Dhruv, was patient and understanding and made sure we were taken care of. Food was excellent and served in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
