   S3 was the easy choice for dinner as we were staying at the Hilton but it is a wonderful experience. Madelaine provided great service and made excellent menu recommendations. The flaming lobster and Duck breast were fantastic.

   The small plates are perfect for sharing & provide opportunity to try a variety of delicious foods. My friends & I took advantage of the Mimosa Bar and were very impressed. Cindy, who assisted us at the bar and Regina, who assisted us at our table, were both amazing!

   In town for a day before heading on a cruise and staying at the hotel the restaurant is attached to . The food was excellent and recommended by the staff of the hotel . I was able to make a reservation for inside dining fairly quickly and no wait to be seated . It was loud , but a great atmosphere . The Bowls and excellent and the sushi was good . The staff were friendly and pleasant. I’d go back and recommend to others .

   Had a great experience at S3 with my wife. Drinks were great and food was very fresh and delicious. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and very friendly to us. She recommended some drinks and foods that we tried and it was all delicious! One thing that really disappointed us was the lack of a bday celebration. It was in the reservation notes that we were celebrating a birthday, and we even mentioned it to both hostesses at the front. Once dessert came though, there was no candle or anything. We brought it up to the waitress who says she had no idea and apologized. Not the biggest deal, but it did have us leaving an otherwise great dining experience on a sour note.

   I enjoyed it. We will be back. We came late and did not feel rushed to leave. Our server was amazing. The manager was excellent. We had a nice time.

    The experience was good overall. I was just a little disappointed because I booked for outdoor seating, the rain came (which is uncontrollable) so they sat us inside. The rain stopped about 30 mins later or so, they opened outside, guests were being seated so I asked to be seated outside since that's what I originally booked for but I was told that it was full. I didn't understand how because if it weren't the rain we'd be sitting outside. We didn't even order our main course yet just our appetizer so I didn't understand how we lost our spot. This was my first time there. I went there just for the outdoor setting but I didn't get ti experience it
