We are a farm to table fine dining restaurant in an elegant setting with fabulous views of the surrounding mountains. The 4-course price fixed dinner menu ($95.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included) and 3 course brunch menu ($45.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included ) that changes monthly and focuses on regional seasonal ingredients many of which come from our organic garden. Aaron Edwards is extraordinarily gifted in the culinary arts. Each item on every plate is uniquely prepared in an innovative way to deliver maximum sensual pleasure in both taste and appearance. With our friendly professional servers, incredibly beautiful setting and amazing food this is way more than fine dining. It's a true dining experience! Our Menu changes monthly based on what is available and in season at the time. Feel free to call us anytime and we can tell you exactly what is on the menu for that week.

Warm, friendly and beautiful inn with elegant dining. Greeted by a roaring fire and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Artisanal Restaurant is open seasonally from May-October end. Contemporary American Fine Dining in a rustic yet elegant environment. Innovative and progressive thinking in a farm to table approach, only working with the highest quality ingredients. This warm environment offers the best food and wine with excellent service. Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Private dining room adjacent to the wine cellar available for events. The only available menu is a pre-fix style, with 5-6 choices per course, $105/ guest plus a service fee. We do not offer a kids menu however kids prepared to order off our pre-fix menu are welcome. Our Dress Code is Business Casual. Collared shirts are required, jackets are preferred but not required for men. No shorts, distressed jeans, hoodies, hats, or sandals/flip flops. All reservations are for inside Madison's only. Seating outdoors in the Wine Garden or Rooftop Terrace is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Sometimes the magic of sharing a table with friends over fabulous food and wonderful wine can be elevated by a place. Canyon Kitchen has that impact. Canyon Kitchen uses local produce and organic selections from our own community gardens and the surrounding area to source our creative Appalachian cuisine. Our multi-course menu is offered a la carte and will change regularly, sometime daily, and is enhanced by an extensive wine list and fresh, seasonal cocktails. A $40 corkage fee will be charged for bottles up to 750ml.

We recommend that all parties arrive 30-45 minutes before their reservation to take in our beautiful meadow. Reservations are subject to a $25 per person credit card hold that will only be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of reservation.

20% service charge is added automatically to each check to be distributed amongst our front line staff. We thank you in advance.

Our peaceful Lakeside Dining Room, with its fireplace and breathtaking views, is guaranteed to lower your blood pressure. The floor to ceiling windows allow for unobstructed views of the lake and mountains, giving guests the feel of being on an Alpine retreat.
We also offer a bar menu which is a more casual setting in our mansion bar. The mansion bar bar snacks from 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday through Sunday

Guests are as comfortable in a jacket as they are a collared shirt to enjoy award-winning Chef's seasonal menus, inspired by the surrounding forests and mountains, lakes and streams.

My wife and I drove over 2 hours to have a nice thanksgiving dinner with Snow Bird Mountain Lodge, it was extremely amazing and entertaining. Beautiful atmosphere with beautiful views. The staff and management were great. I didn’t want to leave, but unfortunately we didn’t have an overnight bag .
