When the original Bascom came to Florida at the turn of the last century to help Henry Flagler build the Key West Railroad, he brought with him his love for thick cut chops and juicy steaks. During his travels he also discovered the bounties of fresh native Florida seafood.

We have brought all of his favorites together in a true American Chop House that pays tribute to Bascom's hearty appetite and a passion for great steaks, chops and fresh seafood.

In his honor, we have made Bascom's Chop House a comfortable, yet elegant, American restaurant. The newly reimagined Packard’s Steakhouse is both upscale and warm, featuring rich layers of finishes that focus on the same earthy tones of the famous Copperhead Golf Course that it overlooks. We dined during the holidays and it was decorated so nicely. Great for photos. The service was over the top from start to finish. The food was fantastic and everything was wonderful . We will be back!

Join Chef Massimo for an artful blend of Italian and Mediterranean cuisines paired with an award winning wine list and full bar.
Appetizers range from Hudson Valley Grade-A Foie Gras, Pistachio coated Pan Seared Duck and Brie to Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes and rice flour battered calamari. A rich, creamy lobster bisque is a favorite among customers.
Other specialties include Veal Cognac in a creamy truffle sauce, veal chop, sweetbreads, risotto and Chilean Sea Bass.
Last, but not least, are the homemade delectable desserts.
Complementing his efforts in the kitchen is the gracious, knowledgeable and efficient staff.
Tables at the casually elegant restaurant are dressed with crisp table linens, and candles. Cascading fountains decorate the walls.

A top chef serving only the finest food. Going there for 17 years and hard to believe it gets better and better each time. Massimo never disappoints with his Italian and continental master pieces. His servers have been there from day one and that says loads about this romantic gem.

Another fantastic meal at Casa Ludovico! We chose Penne a la Norcina and Veal Milanese paired with a delicious La Storia Red Zin. We shared a Lemon Sorbet to finish. Overall a great meal and a great time. Thank you!

We dined tonight for the first time at Valentino’s and wonderful is an absolute understatement. We’ve dined at fine restaurants all over the world and this experience was among some of the best. Really enjoyed the event dinner with a larger group. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. There were two other company parties the day of our reservation but no issues with getting our food and drinks out. A really comfortable environment with a decent amount of food selections
