Rosemary and Thyme can be a bit pricey, but we found the food very good and the service first rate. Fine stop before the show at West Coast Black Theater Troupe.

We've been to many Cooper's Hawk restaurants but this was our first visit to Sarasota. We were seated when we arrived on time for our reservation. The wine tasting room was busy but quiet. The restaurant is beautiful. Our server, Duncan, was excellent. We tasted the wine of the month but decide to order the Sangria this time. We had 4 different entrees and everyone was very pleased with the meal. The short rib dinner was excellent with the most tender beef. We will be back!
