Our head chef/owner has a Sardinian background and brings you cuisines from the Sardinian region, amongst other regions of Italy. From the bread, desserts, pastas and sauces, there are no preservatives and we even pick from our own garden when we can. When you visit Trattoria Timone, we want you to feel at home with the cuisine and service, giving you a memorable experience.

This restaurant is a favourite of mine! Why? The food is always excellent - have never had a meal I didn't thoroughly enjoy, and I have dined here a lot. As well, the service is great - our server today was on top of everything! She even overheard my friend ask me if I had a tissue, and she came back with a box of them--that is the epitome of attention. She is definitely an asset to this establishment. Love this place.

Food was delicious and the ambiance was great. Although the cado e pepe (gnocchi) was good, my expectation was not met. I am a regular in Rome and basically know the true taste of Roman cacio e pepe.

I had the fennel salad and the spaghetti vongole. The fennel salad was light and refreshing and the spaghetti came with a healthy portion of clams. The sauce was delicious. The service was great, food came fast and we were well taken care of.
