Best ox hearts (anticuchos) I've eaten in a peruvian restaurant. And the lomo was superb with fantastic presentation. The drinks were dangerously delicious. And the service was without a doubt excellent. Would definitely come back next time I'm in London.

Very good food - always reliable and consistent. reasonably priced. Needs a Riesling on the wine list for this kind of food in my opinion. Excellent attentive service. Nicely decorated and set out, oddly a little quiet this lunch time, so perfect for a business lunch!

About the restaurant
Chakana lands on Broadway market to share the bold and beautiful Peruvian cuisine produced my renowned Michelin Starred chef Robert Ortiz.
Expect exceptional modern Peruvian cooking with a smattering of classic Peruvian dishes too.
Chakana (Birmingham) was featured as one of the best places in the world to eat ceviche in NatGeo.
To wash it all down there's a wonderful bespoke cocktail list featuring Pisco at the forefront as well as a carefully considered wine list.

I love Coya but my last visit left a sour taste in my mouth. We were a group of 4 we ordered the tasting menu just over £100 per person. After desert we asked for 2 espresso they REFUSED to serve us the requested espresso because we had just gone over the allocated 2 hour time allocation !! How long does it take to serve 2 espresso

Very good experience. Love the vibes, very good food. Just one comment they brought food a bit too fast!!! But better too fast than too slow, especially as we were with teenagers! They gave a special card to my husband who was celebrating his birthday… such a nice attention!

Covent Garden

LIMA CANTINA is born out of a desire to bring the soul of LIMA to London: its flavoursome daily life, with simple dishes directly inspired by markets & home cooked meals. The restaurant’s chefs use traditional cooking methods to transform quality UK and Peruvian sourced ingredients into mouth-watering dishes. The restaurant’s vibe is warm and modern with a hint of nostalgia. You’re encouraged to share always; bring your friend, neighbour, and colleague for an authentic and unpretentious all-day dining experience.
