Tundra is one of our favorite restaurants in the valley and our experience Thursday night was another one. Dawson is a fabulous server, the new chef is wonderful. Our meals were all outstanding as was the wine.

Another great evening at Vintage 61. I enjoyed the elk tenderloin and my wife the halibut. A Carmenere from Chile was recommended with the elk and Frank Family (California) chardonnay with the halibut. Both excellent recommendations and complimented the respective dishes. Jessica was our server and made sure everything was to our expectations. Looking forward to our next visit.

The fondue experience begins with a savory cheese fondue prepared tableside, followed by your choice of fresh salad. For the main event, choose from a wide variety of tantalizing meats, seafood, and fresh vegetables, certain to please even the most particular of palates. Then cook them tableside in one of our savory broths or even in traditional oil. All of our entrée selections are paired with our famous house dipping sauces, including the garden fresh green goddess, our sweet teriyaki glaze, and the tangy ginger plum sauce. And just when you think it couldn't get better, the grand finale: a choice of decadent chocolate fondues presented with a platter of sweet bits for dipping.

Dinner was great. It’s a fun experience for sure. There was a large office Christmas party that got a bit rowdy but the staff made up for it by offering to move us for the dessert portion (the group quieted down by then) and threw in some extras to make up for the noise and the time it took to get our entrees.

In 1969, I arrived in Los Angeles and I immediately noticed that the food served was much different tasting than the food that my family prepared in Italy. Upon questioning the restaurant owner regarding the non-traditional meals we were serving, I was told the food must be made according to American taste.

My commitment to you: I pledge to bring an authentic Italian dining experience, demonstrating the same passion I’ve had since the beginning.

Food was outstanding. New owners, same delicious menu, more bread allowed! Restaurant had a very large party arrive before us so I thought the food service would be slower but it was not! Everything arrived quickly and fresh. Looking forward to our next visit!

The Fish Tacos were so delish and that House Salad is a reason itself to come back. We were seated quickly and the wait staff was pleasant and interactive. Definitely will be returning

Food and services was great! We were seated next to a group of very loud drunk ladies. It was fun to watch them enjoy themselves but it was hard for us to enjoy our own conversation.
