Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The surf and turf with the black label wagyu was good but not as good as the Japanese wagyu. Our server, Hattie, was excellent. She took great care in addressing my wife's shellfish allergy by letting us know the Brussel sprouts were fried in the same oil as shellfish. Also, my wife indicated that she would most likely be sharing her salad with me, so Hattie offered to bring a plate for me to make it easier to share.

What a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. This will be my go-to restaurant! I enjoyed Bistecca more than Mortons and Ruth's Chris.

Our server Matthew was super friendly and attentive. Jimmy the manager made us feel extra special like we were a high profile guest or celebrity. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the shrimp cocktail and stuffed mushrooms were phenomenal. Wife said they made the best dirty martini she ever had

We had Lunch with Santa during our visit and it was wonderful! The service was amazing, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Santa was great and we got to enjoy hot cocoa and cookies in addition to our lunch and make reindeer food. They made it a great experience for the adults and our kids loved it! My husband and I plan on going back there to have dinner for a date night.
