Our wine list rotates weekly as we pour 20+ wines by the glass, offer a build-your-own wine flight experience and pair it all perfectly with charcuterie boards, artisanal pizzas and salads.

Our wine selection varies from natural wines like Pét-Nats to Burgundian-Style Oregon Pinot Noirs to Napa Valley Cabernets and more. Try one of our guests' favorite pizzas like our Burrata, Prosciutto and Honey or our Leek & Ricotta. Ettore Vino e Cucina is the first restaurant and wine tasting room from Ettore Winery, a boutique organic estate and winery in Mendocino, CA, spearheaded by Italian-born winemaker Ettore Biraghi and Sofia Rivier.

In collaboration with Los Angeles' beloved Italian restaurant, Osteria Mamma, Ettore Vino e Cucina brought on Chef Mònica Angelats Coll, a culinary expert with a unique background blending aerospace engineering and fine dining, to lead the kitchen.

The menu is inspired by the team’s Italian heritage and will feature signature dishes like Ettore Tagliatelle Ai Funghi, a red wine pasta with mushrooms, kale, pecorino and hazelnuts and Stinco Di Agnello Con Patatine Al Parmigiano, braised lamb shank, fingerling potatoes and parmigiano reggiano. The restaurant showcases a beautifully-curated design of charming vintage pieces that have a story to tell, creating a one-of-a-kind dining atmosphere.

The restaurant will be open 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm, walk-ins are welcome.

Three of us had the Hangar Steak. Tender and great flavor. One had the Cod and he loved it , Our waiter was the best. Great night. Started off at the 1st floor lounge before dinner and then a night cap on the rooftop afterwards.

Perfection! We absolutely had a wonderful time there and plan to go back already. The only two small notes I have is more French or ambient music and less techno/house stuff and mint tea.
