The absolute beat dining experience. Everything deserves more than 5 stars. From the personal welcome at the entrance to the final surprise dessert everything was spectacular. The food and service were top notch and the ambience is stunning. Gracias to all for making our afternoon very memorable.

Designed by the famous chef Roberto Solis and his partner chef Manuel Balan, Jayu is an exclusive Japanese food restaurant with Yucatecan touches, hence the name JA for Japan, YU for Yucatan.
The concept is a 10-seat bar in which interaction is created between the chefs and the diner.
We have 3 menus.
-Nigiris menu.
-Short omakase.
-Long omakase.
We do not share any menu as it changes constantly, as we depend on daily supplies for its preparation, which consists of fish, seafood, meat and poultry.

Such a great spot to eat, drink and hang out. The space is creative, joyful, clever, charming. Always something going on besides delicious tacos, great appys, high quality and enjoyable modern takes on traditional yucatecan. Great for solo, friends, large groups and anyone who likes a good time.
