Borough was created to represent the chefs point of view of simplicity. We are a casual eatery with an ever changing menu that focuses on simple ingredients that are seasonal and sourced locally. This ever changing menu allows our chefs to stay creative with the changing of the seasons and the food that is offered by foragers during them.

We are a family owned and operated restaurant locate in beautiful downtown Wayzata, MN. McCormick's Pub and Restaurant features a cozy pub and dining areas, steeped in the Irish tradition of warm hospitality. We offer a unique guest experience that blends the best of traditional Irish pub fare, as well as Continental and Nouveau International cuisine that is made entirely from scratch by Chef Evan Lane and Sous Chef Quin Meyer and team.

We changed our reservation from 1:15 to 11:30 and needed to wait for about 1/2 hour when we arrived. The hostess continued to advise us of when we would be getting a table and the table we go was perfect for us. Noticed that hostess was very interactive with all patrons who were waiting.

We always enjoy going to Holmans. A little disappointed with my Benedict because the eggs were overcooked,but still delicious. Mushroom toast was delicious as always. We also thought we could use more than one $25 bonus gift card at one time. Still had a very good brunch with our friends.

The NOLO's team consists of Marty Collins, Brett Johnson and Peter Hoff, each native Minnesotans with extensive industry experience. Marty has owned over 10 restaurant concepts in Minneapolis, MN, Kansas City and Columbia, MO, and Iowa City, IA. Brett and his family have owned and operated The Hilltop Restaurant for the past 40 years. Pete, the head chef, brings his most recent culinary experience and creativity from California to NOLO’s, The Rooftop Bar and The Basement Bar. This was our first visit to this restaurant. The service provided was outstanding. Every need away anticipated and taken care of. Isabelle was our primary server, with several assistants. I have never experienced such excellent service! Steaks were a touch over done but still wonderful! Will certainly go there again!

The noise level was terrible. We had to change tables due to the noise level. One if our group had noise sensitivity issues. The staff was accommodating and found us a less noisy table.

We went to Kona to celebrate NY25 and take advantage of all day HAPPY HOUR. The food was good, but menu was limited. They’ve also taken some items off the menu we would have liked to have. Overall, very good. Thank you!
