Fantastic food. We did the 13 course Omakase and every single dish was delicious! Amazing Nigiris with super high quality fish and incredible flavors.

Great spot to have a good time and eat great food. Andres our server brought us nothing but his recommendations and me and my family loved it all. Oh and cocktails were delicious as well!!

El Chef Luis Antonio Miranda toma como base recetas tradicionales y mediante la experimentación de ingredientes endémicos y de temporada crea nuevos olores y sabores que nos conducen por un viaje desde el Norte hasta el Sur de nuestro País.

El espacio es un Oasis de Calma en el corazón de la Colonia Americana dedicado únicamente a 26 comensales que disfrutan bajo una palma que nos guarda bajo su sombra y nos otorga el placer de detener el tiempo y fluir a través de los sabores, los olores, las historias, la vida.

In its bright and colorful restaurant, Alcalde serves modern Mexican cuisine with upscale flair in its friendly, Guadalajara-area eatery. The tostada de atún tuna piled on a crisp tostada with guacamole and radish and the tartar of smoked tomato juice, scalded egg yolk and pickled vegetables make unique and tasty starters. Some of Alcalde's specialty entries include the smoked octopus with vegetable risotto, the duck in adobo sauce with shrimp, chilies and eucalyptus and the juicy steak in pan jus.

Alcalde's coconut parfait with raspberry ice cream, elderberry juice and cilantro makes a perfect end to a delectable meal.

The Octopus was delicious, one of the best I‘ve had. And the gordita was a nice and delicious surprise. Great service from Alberto. Thanks for the experience. Need to try the great selection of wine next time 😉

I really enjoyed the place and the experience, I had some doubts after reading some not-so-good reviews, but I got a positive surprise and exceeded my expectations. The staff were very nice and kind, beers are good and food is ok. I will come back.
