Classic coastal cooking from the Texas Gulf to the Northeastern Seaboard influences Clark's menu. A large portion of the concept is devoted to oysters, raw bar, seafood, and caviar. Eddie V's is the perfect place for fine dinning without the attitude. Our service and food were excellent. We were here for a special celebration and treated exceptional care. The cocktails at this establishment are just the best.

Tried the fried oysters appetizer--one order is enough for two. The swordfish with butter-garlic sauce was delicious. The lobster roll was also good--light on the mayo and lots of tender meat. Wonderful meal. Server Gabby was a delight.

Escape to the coastal and tropical flavors of Cafe Blue. Our Oyster Bar features a variety of freshly shucked Oysters on the Half Shell, as well as Shrimp Cocktail, and Island Ceviche. Popular seafood selections include Cedar Plank Salmon, Crab Stuffed Flounder and Kick Ass Sea Bass. Our steaks are dry-aged in-house for 14 days, and all desserts are scratch-made. To complement our menu, we feature an extensive, award-winning wine list, with over 40 varieties available by the glass.
