The service at Carolina is enough reason to go back. Eduardo and all of the staff are so incredible, passionate and kind. The food was fantastic and the view before it got dark was great to watch the sunset. Highly recommend even if you’re not staying at St Regis.

This was the very best service and food. Our server was attentive. The chicken fajitas were superb as was the shrimp tacos. Thr best is the two for one margaritas.

We greatly enjoyed our 2nd dining experience at Iberico again! The food was tasty and the table service by Cesar and his assistant was outstanding! I must say that the entire waiting staff @ Iberico really make it the superior dining destination it is. They food assortment.ent is broad and tastefully prepared but the service team is exceptional! Beautiful open air restaurant overlooking the bay. The big appeal is He tor, a world class chef who offers a highly inventive menu. Best quality high end dining and excellent service. We come whenever we are in Punta Mita.

Excellent meal, lovely live music, beautiful view. Would have given it a 10 until the manager who came over to run our card tried to cheat us into overpaying the gratuity. (By the way, we tip 15%). He ruined what would have been a terrific evening.
