The service at Carolina is enough reason to go back. Eduardo and all of the staff are so incredible, passionate and kind. The food was fantastic and the view before it got dark was great to watch the sunset. Highly recommend even if you’re not staying at St Regis.

During the low season (from July 23rd to October 13th), we operate with 2 service times: 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, and we close at 4:00 PM.

High season hours (starting October 15th) will be 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM, with closing time at 5:00 PM.

To make a reservation, the system requires a non-refundable prepayment of $120 pesos per person for round-trip boat transportation. This amount is not refundable in case of cancellations or no-shows. If you hike in or arrive by your own boat, this payment will serve as a deposit and will be deducted from your bill on the day of your visit.

Please note; our weather and waves can change on a moment's notice. We may have to cancel the water taxi and close the restaurant if the waves are too high. This only happens occasionally but if we do you will receive a text on the phone number you leave with open table.

This was the very best service and food. Our server was attentive. The chicken fajitas were superb as was the shrimp tacos. Thr best is the two for one margaritas.

Excellent place for lunch. Right on the beach. The food is delicious. The sevice is second to none. The hostee is friendly and helpful. Our servers were attenive and professional. Excellent meal, lovely live music, beautiful view. Would have given it a 10 until the manager who came over to run our card tried to cheat us into overpaying the gratuity. (By the way, we tip 15%). He ruined what would have been a terrific evening.

Super happy with our evening with Quinto! We told them it was our anniversary and requested a table with a view. We got a table with a great view and they gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. One of us is celiac and they were most accommodating. The food was delicious, the service was great and we loved the ambiance.
