NUMŌH is the inverse name of "Homún" (our first restaurant name) which comes from combining "Ho", for home, and "mún", for common. A composition that reflects the philosophy of the place as a common space where everyone meets to enjoy delicious food, delicious drinks and a relaxed atmosphere that will make you live an exceptional dining experience.
Chef Mario Borja seeks through his "free cuisine" to express a culinary format that is based on the simple fact of cooking what we like to eat, without pretension, respecting the balance of flavors, the good execution of the technique and the fresh seasonal product.
The menu is composed of options with local seafood such as the Meunière catch of the day a, grilled prawns, tuna ceviche to fine cuts such as the NY and a wide variety of appetizers that will complement the table and the snack accompanying your favorite wine or cocktail. .

We and another couple went to Azafran to celebrate their 6th anniversary with their tasting menu. It was excellent. Nice, smaller size portions so that you could enjoy the entire tasting without feeling like you were overwhelmed. We did the wine pairs which were very nice and from several Argentian wineries and one from Guanajuato. From the starter of beef tartare to the leek and mushroom soup followed by Octupus and choice of Filet or Sea base, it was delightful. Only to be topped by a delicious and beautifully presented desert and Carajillo drink. Thanks for a great evening.

This was our 2nd visit and we were once again thrilled. The clam chowder is phenomenal, the Mahi Mahi was perfect and the kids love the pizza.

We greatly enjoyed our 2nd dining experience at Iberico again! The food was tasty and the table service by Cesar and his assistant was outstanding! I must say that the entire waiting staff @ Iberico really make it the superior dining destination it is. They food assortment.ent is broad and tastefully prepared but the service team is exceptional! I highly recommend this unique restaurant! Andre

Excellent meal, lovely live music, beautiful view. Would have given it a 10 until the manager who came over to run our card tried to cheat us into overpaying the gratuity. (By the way, we tip 15%). He ruined what would have been a terrific evening.
