We are not a ‘fancy pants’ establishment. Not in the least. We offer good quality, home-cooked, locally sourced (where possible) food. 90% of our menu is made on the premises. Certainly not ‘Pub Grub’ but not ‘Gastro Pub’ either. It’s good value for money. However, our standards are high, very high. Not only in the quality of the food that comes into and leaves the kitchen but also in the presentation, the delivery to the table and overall customer service. We’re definitely not ‘Silver Service’ either but all of our staff are attentive, smartly dressed and will always go that extra mile wherever they can. These are just some of the reasons we were awarded the Taste of the West GOLD award in 2019.
We are a dog friendly establishment, very dog friendly. However, please tell us at the time of booking so that we can place you in our Bar area , as opposed to our Restaurant.

Overlooking the beautiful garden, it’s the ideal place for that special occasion.

Our mouth-watering seasonal menus are complimented by a stunning selection of wines. In summer, why not head outdoors for dinner. There were 11 of us as a family to celebrate Christmas all together. The staff were excellent and even moved the time by 30 minutes for the table as some had trouble parking. The table was positioned well so we could all relax. Thank you Côte Bath.

Robun is a tribute to Japanese author Kanagaki Robun and his 1872 book Seiyō ryōritsū, which introduced Western barbecue to Japan.

Our modern-day interpretation of Yakiniku specialises in sharing plates of beautiful robata grilled dished large plates fused with elements from across Asia, paired with inspired cocktails and an extensive choice of Japanese whiskeys or sake in the most inviting and sociable of settings.

Alongside our innovative selection of sashimi, salads and small plates, our fresh sushi is served in a variety of creative incarnations including soft-shell crab futomaki roll with kimchi mayo and a tobiko-topped nigiri.
