Envero en el valle es un restaurante campestre ubicado en el Valle de Guadalupe, dentro de la vinícola de Las Nubes. La cocina de Envero es honesta, con sabores reales donde se le hace homenaje al producto de Baja California. Puedes disfrutar de su deliciosa comida y vino en una terraza con una vista panorámica a los viñedos y la sierra blanca. La chef Fabiola Aceves y el chef Alejandro Torres son una joven pareja que siempre estarán cuidando cada detalle. Cuando visites Envero no te puedes perder la tarta de fruta de temporada, el chamorro de cerdo cocido en horno de leña o dejarte deslumbrar por la "mesa del chef" nuestro menú degustación 5 tiempos.

Food was delicious and the setting is amazing as the restaurant has one of the best views in Valle. Definitely recommend! We ordered off the menu but will definitely be back for the course meal.

A lo largo de los años ha ofrecido una gran propuesta con productos frescos de calidad mundial principalmente locales, promoviendo las grandes riquezas que nos ofrecen los mares de Baja California (respetando las temporadas), que a través del tiempo nos hemos distinguido en satisfacer los gustos gastronómicos del público más exigente.
De la misma manera nuestros menús estacionales nutridos de productos locales y ligados al uso y costumbres de la gente de la región influenciados por la cocina mexicana así como de tendencias mundiales.

The restaurant offers a menu where our respect and appreciation for local ingredients is reflected, always using the freshest and best quality ingredients. The result is dishes created using a mix of influences from traditional and contemporary cuisines.
We ensure that the best accompaniment to our cuts of meat and seafood is, without a doubt, a good glass of wine. Our wine list is made up largely of wines from the Valle de Guadalupe, consistent with the idea of taking advantage of the region's product. We loved Elena’s! The ambiance was great and the food amazing!!! My husband had a steak and mushroom and he said it was delicious, I had pasta in mushrooms and shrimp added.. the sauces were to die for. we finalized with a tres leches cake and some Carajillos. I had the mazapán and my husband had the Chocomenta carajillo both of them were amazing! I definitely would recommend this place. Our server was very educated on all the meals and he explained how everything was made.

We are the best option to spend your time in Valle de Guadalupe, with a great avant-grade Mexican food, amazing house’s drinks, handcrafted beers, and regionals wines. We have our gorgeus roof top betwen the rocks where you will have the best restaurant’s view. If you come once, you will be falling in love with us. We are waiting for you.

Great over all, highly recommend!!! My favorite was the short rib, but sampled several of the plates on the table and was impressed by all.
