Delicious food Very attentive friendly staff. I personally dislike supplement payments on a set menu. I prefer the restaurant to offer dishes that are on the set menu without tempting clients with more lavish ones for an extra cost

Upon arrival there was not a suitable table available, an excellent guy, one of the supervisors ( sorry I did not catch his name, he was blonde & had only just started at the restaurant. ) He offered us a table to sit at & have drinks while a suitable table became available. The food was very good, but a little disappointed that the price fix menu was not available, even though Fridays were not excluded. Our only criticisms were that despite asking for a short break between courses, our mains were placed on our table as soon as the starter plates were cleared. We felt after the supervisor had left for the evening, the staff were on a mission to get everyone out as soon as possible, as serving staff kept coming over to ask if we had finished, we would have loved to have had a dessert but felt the experience would be rushed and would be a waste of money, our bill came to in excess of 100.00 and we felt we would have liked to have had a more leisurely experience as it was still early, not long after 9.00 p.m and no one was waiting for our table.

Beaconsfield
About the restaurant
Welcome to Riwaz Beaconsfield.
It’s long been twice-Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar's dream to champion the cuisines of India, especially the sub-cultures of Bohri, Ismaili, Moplah, Chettiars, amongst others.

The menu of creatively enticing flavours and spices includes dishes created and cooked by Atul’s grandmother. Lunch will showcase our set 2 and 3 course menu plus the Jugalbandi set menu of four courses for two to share (£35pp).

For a time-honoured experience, the evening A La Carte menu offers characteristic main courses complemented by a great selection of wines, cocktails and customary Indian drinks. A gourmet 7-course Tasting Menu (£65 pp) will be available in the early evenings (Sunday to Thursday). All of this customary deliciousness pays homage Atul’s Indian upbringing and the states of Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, West Bengali, Orissa, and other regions.
