Our "7 Seas" project is a gastronomical endeavor in search of exciting fresh seafood dishes made of fish caught from according to Jacques Cousteau "one of the great aquariums in the world": the sea of Cortez. Wine is carefully selected and brought from wineries all over the "7 Seas" from California, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, France, Italy, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. Very nice location and ambiance near water. Staff was exceptionally attentive, responsive, and efficient. The food was excellent - we had several appetizers and meals and all were enjoyed by everyone. Filipe was our server - very nice experience for us all.

Family vacation in San Jose Del Cabo and wanted a great Christmas dinner. Javier’s didn’t disappoint! My wife and I did the pre-fix menu and it was excellent. The off the menu items ordered were also excellent. Our server made the evening and although we typically like to stay away from Hôtel restaurants, Javier’s is an exception.

Los Tamarindos a Farm-to-Table Restaurant is located in San José del Cabo, at the tip of México's Baja Peninsula, only a mile from the Sea of Cortez. The farm and Restaurant occupied the side of a former 19th-century sugar cane plantation. Staff was amazing and so helpful! They recommended great sushi dishes for me and were so accommodating. Everyone was very attentive and even took the liberty of packing up our food to go for us. Wonderful dining experience!
