Wonderful place. It was beautifully decorated for Xmas. The beef carpaccio was amazing. Split the large ribeye. Unbelievable from start to finish. And shout out to our waitress who made it special.

San Remo restaurant serves Italian food in a cozy, romantic atmosphere. Dine on fritto misto, which is baked zucchini flowers with ricotta and baked prawns or ravioli alla sorrentina, which is homemade noodle pockets filled with ricotta and spinach with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella. Move on to either a skewer of pork loin in mascarpone cream sauce or a seabass filet gratinated with garlic, parsley and parmesan cheese. Finally, finish up at San Remo with fresh strawberries in a mascarpone cream. San Remo also offers many menu items including pasta, fish, meat and desserts, such as tiramisu, panna cotta and baba napoletano.

The whole experience from beginning to end was a perfect night out. Service was what you’d always want at a fine dining restaurant: friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. Soup was made in heaven, venison was tender and beautifully cooked, paccheri pasta cooked to perfection. Also loved the bread with the “bang bang” seasoning or whatever it was called.

Pizza Travolta – Die Mutter aller Pizzen. Es gibt 1000 Pizzateig-Rezepte auf dieser Welt. Und einige sind sogar sehr schmackhaft. Aber für Toni kam nur das Original in Frage ! Wie das Reinheitsgebot beim Bier, so gibt es auch in NEAPEL DIE Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN). Die Mutter aller Pizzen und der Maßstab eines jeden (echten) Pizzaioli.

HAUSGEMACHTE PASTA
Für gute Pasta müssen Sie nicht nach Italien fahren – denn Toni hat sein Pastarezept aus Italien nach Nürnberg mitgebracht. Und so wird direkt im Toni Travolta in der Pastawerkstatt Pasta jeden Tag frisch zubereitet. Toni Pasta wird aus Hartweizengrieß, Wasser, Salz und Olivenöl (so wird der Teig geschmeidiger).
