Had an incredible time at Brothers last night! The food was absolutely delicious, and their recommendations were spot on. But what truly made the evening special was the brothers themselves—so welcoming, engaging, and genuinely interested in getting to know their guests. It felt like dining with friends! An all-around fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and warm hospitality.

A wonderful evening with good service and more interaction as usual as we decided to book the chefs table. It was interesting to see how the kitchen is prepared and everyone working in harmony together. The food was outstanding, beginning with several small tasting snacks, followed by 8 well balanced courses. All of them with great different textures and flavors. Some surprising combinations of ingredients and the wine pairing matching the dishes perfectly. Overall well worth to visit.

Again, we had another lovely evening at Essence. The food was delicious and beautifully plated. The service was friendly and attentive. I can only highly recommend this place if you're a foodie looking for a super experience. We will for sure be back!

Have we died and gone to Los Angeles? Wow! Who would have thought we would find a gem like this right in our little neighborhood of Haidhausen? Spectacular cuisine, meticulously prepared, and artistically presented by the most warm and inviting staff. We both enjoyed the 4 course tasting menu. Highly recommend!

Kleine asiatische Kunstwerke aus Reis, Fisch und Fleisch, sind für die Gäste im Restaurant IchiBAN zu erwarten. Diese urjapanische Art des Sushi-Restaurants gibt es in der Wasserburger Landstr. 145, 81669 München. Hier ist Asien zuhause und die Köche zeigen sich als wahre Künstler bei der Zubereitung der exotischen Köstlichkeiten. Verschiedene Vorspeisen, Suppen, Hauptspeisen, Salate, Sushi und Nachspeisen sind immer frisch zubereitet. Selbstverständlich gibt es auch wöchentlich wechselnde Gerichte à la carte. Die Frische ist für die japanische Küche von großer Bedeutung. Ein gutes Bier oder ein schöner trockener Sake runden den asiatischen Genuss ab. IchiBAN ist leicht zu erreichen. In der Nähe ist der Riemer Park und die Bushaltestelle der Linie 193 ist gleich vor dem Restaurant.

The food was nice but a little too expensive. Service was fantastic until the end when they completely forgot about the green tea that I had ordered, but included it in the bill. It was subsequently removed. Also, almost €5 for a cup of green tea?!? In London, the Japanese restaurants give you green tea for free. I was not expecting a freebie, but could also not see justification for spending €5 for a cup of tea. Try the soft shell crab and the spring rolls for starters and definitely the duck for the main. The entrecote beef dish that my husband ordered was very average. He didn't even finish it. The wine was awful. My husband did not like the glass of Primitivo that he was first given, so requested another wine instead. But they still charged almost €8 for the glass that he did not drink which was not very nice. The bill for the two of us with him having 1 glass of wine, no alcohol for me and a large bottle of water to share was roughly €100. I would try their sushi next time. Seems to be very popular.
