The restaurant really did a wonderful job helping us to celebrate my birthday in our anniversary! For our anniversary, they gave us two glasses of champagne and for my birthday I received a free dessert! Also, as a nice touch, they printed on our menus, a note, wishing us both a happy anniversary and a happy birthday to me! Oh, and the food was awesome!

Everything was very good both food and service. My only complaint was our server didn’t offer us the specials. We only knew they had specials when we were done eating and heard them being offered to the table next to ours.

The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The restaurant offers 100 seats with indoor and outdoor tables, and private dining spaces for events and gatherings. The outdoor patio displays sweeping views of the Delaware River. The main dining room offers a mix of freestanding tables and booths. During the winter months, reservations for outdoor tables are not available. However, you are more than welcome to make a note in your reservation that you would like to sit outside. The patio is heated.
Parking in New Hope can be hard to come by. The parking lot located in front of Stella is owned and operated by the Bucks County Playhouse. Stella cannot validate parking. When valet is present the cost to park is $30. When valet is not available, spaces are metered and paid for via the ParkMobile app. 100% of all parking proceeds directly benefits the betterment of the Bucks County Playhouse.

We had a fantastic experience. The food, cocktails, and ambience were great. Our server Lindsey was exceptional. She was incredibly thorough in explaining what was safe for a person in our party who had allergies, she appreciated that we were a group of friends who hadn’t seen each other in a long time and wanted to catch up and was attentive, but really gave us the time and space to talk.

Host was very kind and seated us although our friends had not arrived yet. The view of the river and bridge is lovely at night. Food was delicious and our server was very good (and we did not feel rushed). Overall - a really nice evening and I highly recommend!

Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar features creative Italian-inspired dishes using the fresh seafood and game meats. It offers at least four different organic specialties a day.
