    Everything was great except for valet parking. We did not know the one valet was for both Ruth’s Chris AND The Cheesecake Factory. This was very confusing and we had to drive back around. Also I miss the Lyonnaise potatoes. Other than that - fantastic!!!

    Very nice. We come here every year at Christmas Eve and again, consistently beautiful. Devon was our server and although service was a bit slower than usual, everything overall was great. Food was hot and delicious and we appreciate everyone involved!!!

    We’d previously visited other Ruth’s Chris locations and our experience was just underwhelming, so we never in a hurry to try again. After a recent visit with a girlfriend, I told my husband we had to give it another shot, here in West Palm Beach. Tonight from start to finish was absolutely wonderful, great meal, incredible service and we’re convinced we’ll be back! Special shout out to Lydia who was a phenomenal and knowledgeable server!

    Ruth Chris was an amazing experience. The service was phenomenal, the filets were seasoned perfectly and the ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend to eat here.

    Our server, Daniel, was amazing. The entire Ruth Chris staff accommodated our night as we had an event to attend. Amazing service. Amazing food. Cannot give enough compliments.

    We chose Ruth Chris due to their great reputation and proximity to Kravitz Theater. We arrived on time and had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. The server was great and apps and salad came right away. After 1 hour and 15 minutes from ordering our steaks, we had to cancel and leave! Their excuse was the kitchen was backed up! Hopefully Darden will make positive changes to better RC for the future!

    We selected Ruth's Chris because of the convenience to Kravis. Our initial experience was that we had to wait in the lobby until the exact time of our reservation even though the dinning room was empty. Our first impression did not indicate an interest in the customer experience. The food was "fine"...again, we went for the convenience and not for the culinary experience.

    Top shelf meal and experience. Service was excellent - our waiter was focused on our every comfort Room elegant Varied unique menu selections, unexpected at a chain restaurant ie Veal Osso Buco Ravioli. Service was attentive and perfect Every item skillfully prepared and delicious SPECIAL night Will go back continuously
