    The staff from the front desk with great recommendations (Brussels and sweet potato casserole) the service at the table and information and even the information. And our cia operative JS very gracious at the great American hero reference

    We have been going to Ruth’s Chris for as long as I can remember for special occasions. The food is amazing. Steaks are always perfectly done. They never disappoint. We also had Caesar salads, Lobster Mac n Cheese, crème brûlée, and espresso martinis, and Pomegranate martinis. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. I have noticed the dress code is not what it used to be and that takes away from the ambiance a bit. It was nicer when people actually made an effort and dressed up for dinner here. They also appear to now allow dogs indoors. Our table had shared seating with another party and my son was seated next to their dog. We love dogs so it was not really a problem but it was odd nonetheless.

    I reserved a window table weeks in advance in anticipation to my date night. I arrived a time and was told that the window table was reserved for another large party. Overall food was great, however the waiter was not… nor was my view.

    We love this restaurant! Specifically, the Harbor Deive Ruth’s Chris’ location is our favorite spot. Why? It has impeccable views of the Port of San Diego; the food is always delicious; and we always receive wonderful service from the host, server and wait staff. We come back time after time to celebrate specials occasions between my loving husband and/or our family. Tonight, we celebrated our 29th Wedding Anniversary! We enjoyed our server, Leo! Not only was he attentive to our needs, he made our night extra special!
