    Our server was amazing. On the other hand though, One of our steaks got messed up though and we sent it back. They said it shouldn’t take more then 5 minutes to fix. The rest of the party ate all their food before the steak that got messed up came back out. They only offered to give us a free dessert. While my other guest sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for them to fix the mistake.

    Service was exceptional and really enhanced the whole experience. The food was fantastic for a chain restaurant. Our party of 5 had chopped salads,and wedge. Petite filet New York and salmon cooked perfectly. Very flavorful. Sides Brussels asparagus. Mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. All very tasty. Pomegranate martini was also enjoyed. Highly recommend based on our experience.

    It had a been a few years since we were last at a Ruth's Chris (a different one). That experience soured us on the brand. But we decided to give a different store a chance. Boy are we glad we did. Everything was outstanding this time! Our Server, Parker, was a perfect blend of attentive, informational, and discreet. Anytime we even were thinking we needed something, he showed up without our asking. The food was incredible! We will be back.

    Greeted by a salty hostess who clearly didn’t want to work on Thanksgiving (Claire I believe). Another guest asked her a question and as the guest walked away, she rolled her eyes and complained to a co-worker about the guest. Our server Mike was wonderful, however my filet was undercooked (cold to the touch), then overcooked and subsequently undercooked again. After watching my family eat, I simply lived with the incorrectly prepared filet. Kitchen was clearly not prepared for holiday traffic. This location usually does very well, but not tonight. For $600 dinner out the door, one would expect commensurate food. Finally, we were told a manager would stop by our table to chat with us which never happened. Instead, three managers were chatting by the entrance. Clearly there were operational challenges during our visit and hope this feedback helps the team improve for next time.
