    The ambiance at Ruth's Chris Steak House was both elegant and inviting, setting the perfect time for a great dining experience. But what truly made our visit exceptional was our server Hilary. Hilary's attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel right at home. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and helped us navigate through a range of great options. Her recommendations were spot-on, from the perfectly cooked steaks to the great sides. Every dish was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Hilary's service was impeccable throughout the evening. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and was alway there with a smile. Her professionalism and genuine passion for her work truly elevated out dining experience. If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience, Ruth's Chris Steak House is the place to be, and if you're lucky enough to be served by Hilary, you're in for a memorable evening.     Great restaurant and we are loyal Ruth Chris Customers but they were not ready for the Valentine’s Day rush. Waited over 45 minutes for table. Drinks took another 45 minutes to get and steak was not cooked to right temperature.

    Arrived a bit earlier then reserved waited 30 mins after reserved time just to be seated. Drinks came within 15 minutes, didn’t receive our plates for another hour and a half. Food was room temperatures, mashed potatoes were dry and flavorless. Wouldn’t go back, too expensive for poor service.
