    The service was very disappointing, we commonly have dinner at this Ruth Chris location, the server was the worse we have ever experienced at this location, she failed to ask for our refill drink order, she never asked how our food was when it came to our table, when she did speak to us she refereed to our family members as: "how our my loved ones doing", these comments lack professionalism. She was annoyed taking our food and drink order, because she wanted to get back to talking to her friends at the table next to ours. When she did pickup our drink orders it was 20 minutes after we made them, she spent this time talking to the table next to us about her upcoming family plan and vacation, other tables experienced the same lack of service by this server.

    We normally love Ruth’s and knew it was a risk to go on NYE. It was very disappointing as we were seated 45 mins later than our reservation. Our server didn’t come for another 20 mins. We ordered beverages and they arrived 20 mins later. Then we finally ordered our food and it was at least 30 minutes until our entrees were placed and by then they were out of Jumbo lobster tails which is why we went in the first place. We had an 8:30 reservation and it was 11:30 when we finished with only 3 tables seated on the empty dining room. I can give some grave being New Years but this was an expensive fail.

    New Year Eve dinner and the restaurant was totally packed. Food is always delicious at Ruth's and tonight was no exception. Our server was excellent and attentive. Atmosphere was cordial. Very nice evening to celebrate the New Year.

    Reservation was for 7:15 was sat within minutes of our time. Drinks were great, apps were great, meal was amazing, and our service staff (Avery & Boris) was fantastic they work well together. This was our first visit to the Lake Mary location and all expectations were met! Hats off to the staff and management team. Well done!!!

    Unfortunately the kitchen experienced issues and was unable to provide food in a timely manner. Our entrees took over an hour and our service came over once to apologize for the delay. Most of the dining room we were in had no food for a long time. It seemed that a manager would come into the room and apologize to one table and then leave. We saw him do this over the course of over an hour to all tables but ours. He finally made it to our table to apologize just a minute or two after our food arrived. My wife's mushroom caps arrived cold and she asked the manager to microwave them and he did say normally I wouldn't do that, he agreed to as he said it would take another 20 minutes to get them. My potatoes au gratin were not cooked all the way and the potato cubes were hard. My steak was perfect. The manager agreed to comp some of the meal but should have comped it all. Not what I expected from a high end steak house. Very disappointed!

    New Year’s Eve dinner is a special time….the service was slow and the AC wasn’t working properly. They have had a problem with the AC for months! Not sure why they can’t fix this. The food was good but were a little disappointed in the overall experience. Almost $400 for two people…definitely expect perfection for that price.

    We had one of the best dinners ever on New Year’s Eve. The steak and lobster tails were outstanding as were our servers. Great value. We couldn’t have been happier and we look forward to returning. We highly recommend Ruth’s Chris
