   Terrible, slow service. I have a gluten allergy and ordered gluten free but was served croutons in the salad. Also it took 3 times to get the steak right.

   Fall from grace, terrible service (server was nice/good, rest was incompetent especially the hostess staff) and people in t shirts and shorts on a Saturday night. Food was what you expect at any Ruth Chris. Plenty of better options to get a steak in Fresno and see this place closing soon.

   Loved the ambiance! The food was amazing, filet mignon cooked to perfection and the service provided by Crystal was outstanding! Highly recommend this restaurant!

   It was a beautiful dinner! Valentines a day later! Husband had 16oz Ribeye I had lobster and petite filet mignon we had loaded bake potato wedge salad asparagus and for dessert crème Brûlée. Our steaks were perfect! Our service was spectacular from Christian!! We’re from Turlock and it was our 1st time here. So wonderful. Thank you Christian❣️

   It’s definitely my favorite place to go for anniversaries, special dates, etc. The food is always delicious, service is top tier, and the ambiance is incredible every time me and my girlfriend are there.

   Overall the experience was good. They initially seated us at a tiny table our menus barely fit on but I asked to be moved to a normal size table and they obliged.

   I took my wife out for a valentine’s dinner and when we arrived for our reservation we had to wait to be seated, from there we were seated and waited approximately 5-7 minutes to be approached by the waitress then she told us she’d return with water. When she finally came back with the water an additional 7 minutes she told us she’d be back to take our order we proceeded to wait an additional 10 minutes .This is not our first time at this establishment so it threw me off and when it came time to order I explicitly stated I wanted the steak medium well , the waitress then looked at me as if I don’t know what I’m asking for, by the time the food was brought out over a hour had passed. The steak was very well done not a trace of pink ,the Brussel sprouts were soggy and slightly burnt but the au gratin potatoes were exceptional. I asked them to remake the steak and brussel sprouts they complied but we ended up waiting another 20 minutes for them to be remade by the time the food was brought back out, my appetite was gone because of the dissatisfaction the brought back out a medium steak instead of medium well and the Brussels were still extremely soggy I let it go at that point because I knew it was Valentine’s Day and I didn’t want to be that guy… I don’t normally leave reviews but after going to the restaurant for years and getting the treatment we received last night makes me never want to return to this location. Ps the manager never even came to apologize or cared to explain why I received a dry tough steak

    I’ve been to many Ruth’s around the United States, however this location in Fresno for some reason never seems to meet my expectations. Service was terrible started with the rude hostess as I checked in for my reservation at the hostess stand. I saw my server Misty (who was very sweet) at the beginning of the meal and had to hunt her down to get dessert and our bill, we sat there looking around for a good 30 mins, manager walked by I raised my hand after locking eyes with him and he turned the opposite direction immediately. I’ve only returned to Ruth’s Chris cause I’m from the south and have always had a great experience I just didn’t feel the love in Fresno.
