   We were looking forward to Thanksgiving dinner at Ruth's Chris - But we were disappointed. It was in no way a Ruth's Chris experience (though it was at Ruth's Chris prices). The service was sub-par, orders were missed/incorrect (soup/salad not received, steak cooked incorrectly and not as ordered).. We arrived on time for our reservation yet had to wait ~ 20-30 minutes to be seated. If you're going to be open on Thanksgiving, then be prepared.. It's not as if you don't know how many to anticipate with reservations required.

   This was our third consecutive year dining here for Thanksgiving. Perhaps our new tradition since losing our parents. The service and food never disappoints.

   We arrive on time to be seated. After telling us to wait for our table be ready. When the host came and got us they took us to a room with no atmosphere just a side room. My daughter said we reserved the dining room. We waited another 30 minutes then I asked the host how soon we would be seated she said 30 minutes to a hour. I asked for a manager. The Mgr said she had to clean iff a table they didn't have enough help. Once, we wete seated another 15 minutes before someone even said I will be with you shortly. When the waiter finally came over she seem to have an attitude I asked her if she was having a bad day. She took our order never asked if we wanted bread the hostess came over an asked. Waited 20 minutes just for our drinks. The drinks were awful. The good took over 25 minutes to come out. It was horrible The mashed potatoes weren't even white and taste really bad. The turkey was fried out and hard Like they heated it up. I have been to Ruth Chris several times even in other states. This was the worst one I ever been to for the food and service. They ran out of the dessert that was suppose to come with your meal There was a lady leaving who stopped at our table and said this was the worst experience she had ever had at Ruth Chris. She notice the problems we had. She said she usually goes to the one in Alpharetta. And that she usually leaves a 40% tip. She said she would never comeback to that one. Nor me and my daughter. Lady said she had been thete for 3 hours. We were there over 2 hours Horrible service and everyone should know .

   I would not recommend this location. Valet men were unresponsive as I patiently waited in my car for assistance. Even though I had reservations we were sat 15 min after my reservation. And had to wait another 10 for our waitress. We had a reservation for 3 but there were only 2 place settings and it took a while for them to bring the 3rd. The food was flavorless, especially the steak. The service was lackluster and the restaurant itself is very tight. They put way too many tables in a small space. It’s hard for the servers to navigate the place with their large plate holders and stands. The restaurant doesn’t have its own restroom. It shares a restroom with the hotel. With all of the steak houses in Atlanta, this one definitely needs to step its game up. It doesn’t live up to the Ruth Chris brand.

   The server probably had a few more tables than they were used to and the kitchen was backed up and two of us got our salad/soup and our dinner came out almost at the same time. I always thought a place like Ruth Chris wouldn't rush the food even on a holiday. So I sent two entrees back and then it took a little longer for them to come back when I motion to my server. It also took a second person to bring my mom a coca cola.

   Well organized. Nice table by the window. Waiter wasn’t very familiar with the menu choices. All of the food was delicious. Waited a little long between the order and drinks and between courses. Reasonable price for holiday meal.

   The food was amazing, and the attentiveness of our server Michael was impeccable. The ambiance was great with live music heard in the distance.
